Shepway District Councillors stood in silence before the start of the council meeting on 14 June to remember Shirley Newlands who had been a long serving member of Shepway District Council as well as serving as chairman.  Shirley passed away on 05 June.  Her funeral will be at St Stephen’s church

Conservatives increase majority at County
